  2. Catscan will litterly let the user upload any kind of a file
  3. and it will check it for integrity, the date of the files in 
  4. the archive, TD0 files, Imbedded archives, recursed 
  5. directories, unwanted files in the archive and then if the 
  6. newly uploaded file is not in the form of your default 
  7. archive it will change it to that form (Should only be used 
  8. in Catscan2 at this time) with out you lifting a finger.
